The Whiz Strip Flower Stem Cleaning Machine has a one year warranty, to be free from mechanical defects, if used as intended, under normal operating conditions.

The Whiz Strip Flower Stem Cleaning Machine may be returned, shipped fully insured (purchaser is responsible for all shipping/insurance fees), within two weeks of purchase, free from damage, for a refund of the purchase price, not including the price for shipping/insurance, and with a $40.00 restocking fee.

There will be no returns accepted for any Whiz Strip Flower Stem Cleaning Machine purchased within 21 days prior to Valentine's Day and Mother’s Day.
